Who we are

Calm Mind-UK is a UK based community organisation working with individuals and families from Africa and other countries, to overcome the challenges of living with loneliness, depression, anxieties, and other mental health conditions.

We provide support, advocacy and training programmes for migrants and refugees living in the UK.

Our work is focused on promoting improved lifestyle for disadvantaged individuals and families through social self-help initiatives, and volunteering activities as a way of getting individuals and families struggling life challenges which forces people into isolation and withdrawal from active lifestyle.

We work with many partners in the community with the aim of making a difference in people’s lives, encouraging those living in isolation to take an active role in the community, and work towards building-up strong communities, and supporting others in need.
